Please note that we have to allow 14 working days before we are able to look into any ‘late orders’ This is extremely rare and unlikely to happen but is the timescale Royal Mail require before they will investigate further. If you feel that your parcel is late, please check the date of your order and if 14 working days has passed, please contact us and we can then investigate this further.
